Refunds and Returns

What is your refund policy?

Once we receive your return and it has been confirmed we will process your refund within a couple of days. When we receive the item our quality assurance team will inspect the item. Any product packaging that has been opened will not be accepted for return and invalidate our return policy.

Returns and refunds for Philips and Oral B items are subject to their internal return policies as the supplier, we will however assist in the delivery of the return of the item and a method of being refunded by Philips and Oral B. 

 

How do I request a refund or return?

Return Code: Email info@oralcareplus.co.nz and we will give you a return code.
Arranging Return: We will assist you in arranging an insured shipping method.
Packaging your return: Include all original packaging material and contents.

How long do I have to return my order and get a refund?

We give you 30 days to consider your purchase. You can return any item in its original (“as new”) condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or exchange.

 

Why have I been refunded for my order without requesting it myself?

The main reason for this would be that we don't have available stock to fulfill your order, you should recieve an email outlining this automatically

Delivery/Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times are calculated from the time payment is received and your order has been dispatched:
• In Stock items can be ready to dispatch in as little as 1 – 2 working days.
• Out of stock items may take approximately 3 – 6 weeks - depending on supplier availability.

Standard shipping timeframes and details are as follows:

• Your order will be sent via national courier
• Delivery time is approximately 1-3 working days (but may vary for rural areas).
• Package will require a signature upon delivery, this is only available for non-rural customers only

 

Do we deliver outside of New Zealand?

Unfortunately Oral Care +  doesn't deliver outside of New Zealand

 

Do we deliver to PO boxes?

We unfortunately do not deliver to PO boxes

How much will my delivery cost?

Delivery will be free if you purchase at or above the value of $50. 

Normal delivery rates are the following: 

North Island: $5 

South Island: $6

Only delivered in New Zealand

 

Do you allow pick ups?

Unfortunately we do not have a pick up option for your orders

 

I think I have received the wrong product

Please review the receipt you received via the order confirmation email. If the order doesn't match, please contact us directly to us at info@oralcareplus.co.nz 

 

Can I track my order?

There is no clear cut delivery tracking option, though once you have received a order confrimation email of shipping you should then expect to have your order arrive within 3-4 working days. 

Product Order Temporary Restrictions

Why have I received a prompt saying that I've exceeded an order limit?

These protections were recently put in place in order to allow a fair share of our products for all customers to purchase, this is due to combat the increased demand from COVID-19

Payment

How do I pay for my order?

You can purchase the goods using Shopify Payments or Google Pay (both accept all major credit cards including Mastercard and Visa.)

All payments must be made via credit card at the time of purchase

 

Can I be sent a GST invoice?

A GST invoice should be included in your delivery box, if this hasn't occured and you still require a GST receipt, please reach out to info@oralcareplus.co.nz 

Do your prices include GST?

Yes all of our prices include GST, the only additional cost you will see at checkout will be our shipping free. 

Accounts

How do your customer accounts work?

Customer accounts are optional and only offer the ability of seeing your purchase history, all payments must be made at checkout, we do not offer payment by account. 

Order Cancellations

How do I cancel an order?

Order cancellations must be done prior to your order fulfillment email (second email), if you are wanting to cancel your order after this email is sent we can't guarantee a full refund due to potential courier costs already incurred. If you are requiring a refund, please contact our customer services team at info@oralcareplus.co.nz

Privacy

What is your privacy policy?

We collect and hold personal information from you when you fill out the forms in our website shop. We store this information with Shopify and our service providers who supply our website to us. We also provide this information to Payment Providers so they can take your payment on our behalf.

Promotions and Deals

My promo code isn't working?

Your promo code could be inactive for a few reasons:

  • The promo code was a limited timed code, meaning your code has now expired
  • Your promo code was an introductory deal offered, which is no longer available 
  • Using two promo codes is not possible on our website 

When is your next product sale?

We offer monthly deals on Oral Care +. These typically only run for a month long period. We will announce our upcoming promotions as they appear live on the website
